Step 4: Create Your Vision Board

  • Time Needed: 1-2 hours

  • Prepare supplies

    • Poster board or corkboard

    • Magazines, newspapers, printed images, and quotes.

    • Scissors, or decorative edge scissors

    • Glue sticks, tape, or pins

    • Markers, stickers, or other decorative materials

  • Choose a comfortable space & create ambiance

    • Arrange seating around a large table or spread out on the floor with cushions.

    • Use calming music, soft lighting, and maybe some candles or diffusers with essential oils to set a relaxed, creative mood.

  • Sort Through Your Materials

    • Go through magazines, printed photos, or digital images and cut out pictures, words, or quotes that resonate with your goals. Think about visuals that spark excitement or align with the feelings you want to manifest.

  • Plan Your Layout

    • Before gluing or pinning anything, arrange the items on your board. Group similar ideas together (e.g., health-related images in one corner and career goals in another) or arrange them in a collage-style mix.

  • Assemble Your Vision Board & Enjoy the Process.

    • Have fun creating a vision that inspires you!

    • Once you’re happy with the layout, secure your items using glue, tape, or pins. Add embellishments or handwrite affirmations to personalize your board.

  • Display Your Vision Board & Save as your Phone Wallpaper

    • Place your finished vision board somewhere you’ll see it often—on a wall, desk, or shelf. Seeing it daily will keep your goals top of mind and motivate you to take action.

    • Take a picture of your vision board and save it to your phone wallpaper to maximize the number of times you see it daily.
